Dallas Legacy Methodist Church Launches Choral Director Search

Dallas’ well-known Highland Park United Methodist Church recently retained FaithSearch Partners to conduct the search for its Director of Choral Music.

Founded in 1916, the church originated from humble beginnings on the campus of Southern Methodist University. Today with 15,000 members, Highland Park stands as a respected institution for Dallas and beyond that offers both members and guests Biblical teaching communicated through both word and song.

“Worship plays a vital role for Highland Park United Methodist and we are delighted to lead this search,” said Jeff Jernigan, senior vice president and ministry team leader at FaithSearch Partners. “The choir is such an iconic part of this church and so we are seeking a leader who will help evoke and encourage the expression of song for the entire church body.”

More details regarding this search will be available in next month’s newsletter. You may contact Jeff Jernigan at jjernigan@faithsearchpartners.com.
