CHRISTUS Continuing Care, the post-acute division of CHRISTUS Health, recently appointed FaithSearch Partners to conduct searches for a vice president of operations and system director of business development. CHRISTUS Health includes more than 40 hospitals and facilities system-wide in six U.S. states, six states in Mexico and one state in Chile. It is based in Irving, Texas and ranked among the top 10 largest Catholic health systems in the country.
“Both positions will require candidates with extensive operational and organizational experience in order to achieve the targeted business goals,” said Ivan Bartolome, senior vice president at FaithSearch Partners. “In addition, CHRISTUS seeks leaders with a proven track record of successfully enhancing patient satisfaction through teamwork and collaboration among care-team members.”
The vice president of operations will function as the top operational executive for both the Home Health and Hospice departments for CHRISTUS Home Care in Irving, TX and will develop progressive patient care services and programs by collaborating with various stakeholder groups. The system director of business development will be responsible for meeting the financial, quality, operational and customer service goals within CHRISTUS Home Care and will be based in San Antonio, TX.
