FaithSearch Partners’ healthcare division traces its roots to 1990, when Ed Fry, the firm’s founder, joined the largest healthcare executive search services firm in the U.S.
Trained in the intricacies of a quality search process, he successfully managed more than 200 searches for hospital CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, CNOs, and virtually every senior-level position one could find in a healthcare provider setting.
Together with our partner firm, HealthSearch Partners, we’ve been consistently ranked among the nation’s largest executive search firms by Modern Healthcare.
With the launch of FaithSearch in early 2007, the firm is able to leverage its knowledge of large-firm quality processes and combine it with the personalized executive search services of a smaller firm within the unique environment of a faith-based mission passion.
Today FaithSearch is one of the top ten largest retained executive searches in healthcare. From small, independent hospitals to large academic medical centers to integrated healthcare systems, FaithSearch is blessed to serve the complete spectrum of faith-based healthcare entities, as well as other providers who value leadership with strong spiritual values.
Healthcare searches present unique challenges. Whether it’s working with a search committee made up of medical board members or members of the clinical staff, the approach and timeframes for a successful search are often different than searches for other types of organizations.
Our team has extensive experience with faith-based healthcare searches. Check out our latest news and searches:
We’ve been a leader in the faith-based executive search space for the last 15 years and that is directly attributable to our people and our faith. We don’t believe in hiring search consultants and teaching them your industry. We believe in hiring experienced professionals from your industry and teaching them executive search.
Our team has more than 130 years of combined experience and has overseen hundreds of executive searches.
