Lionheart Children’s Academy is a non-profit Christian organization committed to providing high-quality, affordable early care and education for infant, pre-school, and school-age children. At Lionheart, children are equipped with a strong and healthy foundation for learning through the Academy’s fun and enriching programs and holistic approach. Currently, Lionheart has 6 academy locations in the DFW metroplex.
Lionheart Children’s Academy is seeking a Vice President, Talent Management to provide overall talent acquisition strategy. The VP, Talent Management will identify and implement methods for enhancing Lionheart’s employment brand and strengthening employee engagement. S/he will lead the organization in its mission to recruit and hire educators who are authentically passionate about early care and learning. The VP, Talent Management will lead Lionheart’s Talent Management team and report to the Chief Operating Officer.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in early care and education or other, comparable industries; SHRM-SCP certification a plus. S/he must also possess a track record of successful staff management and a high level of comfort performing in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the candidate must live a life which actively reflects Lionheart’s mission, vision, and core values.
