Freedom Place’s latest initiative, Freedom Place Office Tower, will be a prime, Class A office building designed for Fortune 500 corporate headquarters and leading companies that require modern, flexible, open spaces and the best amenities in a live-work-play environment. The project anticipates raising approximately $125 million in profits and will be the first-ever billion-dollar office tower to be built with the goal of all profits going toward the fight against human trafficking.
Freedom Place is currently seeking a President/Chief Resource Officer to lead the Freedom Place Office Tower development. The President/CRO will have distinct autonomy in day-to-day operations of this development project for a building estimated at over 1,000,000 square feet of floorspace. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the Freedom Place team of staff and managing relationships with the project’s architectural firm as well as building design, permitting, underwriting, construction, and more.
The ideal candidate will have 20 or 30 years of experience in real estate and office development and a passion for seeing human trafficking eradicated. The President/Chief Resource Officer must be available to travel as required.
