This high capacity operations executive reports directly to the CEO and will be fulfilling a mission critical role in providing strategic and day-to-day leadership for all aspects of operations and ministry programs. The Senior Director – Operations will lead a team that includes all program operations and “back of the house” and infrastructure resources that often go unnoticed by guests, but are essential to the ”WOW experience” at SkyRanch. With camping operations in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado the Senior Director – Operations will oversee the activities and facility resources in all locations. The most desirable candidates will possess a track record of successful P&L leadership of financial and human resources in a customer focused environment. Some experience in the hotel/hospitality industry, hospital management or top tier camping operations would add to the candidate profile. Completion of an undergraduate degree is required and relevant graduate education (MBA, recreations management or camping administration) would be a plus.
