For more than 35 years, Christian Community Action (CCA) has been working to stabilize and transform Dallas area families in need of support. Focused on providing a “hand-up” rather than just a “hand-out”, CCA offers a highly diversified and integrated range of services: feeding, sheltering, training, healthcare services and spiritual guidance.
The new President/CEO will be a Godly leader who will be an exceptional steward of CCA’s services and resources. We are seeking an accomplished executive who will leverage successful marketplace expertise into leadership of the family assistance ministry and the direct-to-consumer business operation (multi-site retail reselling of clothing and house wares), which provides substantial funding for the ministry. The President/CEO will also serve as vision-caster and the public face of the organization for fund-raising and community support development. This is a salaried executive position based at the CCA headquarters in Lewisville, TX.
