View Search Profile

Founded in 1889 as a missionary training institute in Boston, Gordon College has emerged as one of the country’s top Christian liberal arts colleges, and the only nationally ranked Christian college in New England. Currently, the College is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the Graduate Program in Financial Analysis. This new graduate program builds upon a growing undergraduate program in finance and an impressive base of supporters who are affiliated with the College, experienced within the world of finance, and eager to see the program succeed.

The Executive Director will build upon several years of completed research for this 12-month Master’s program. The M.S. in Financial Analysis will serve as an onramp for Christian liberal arts graduates to move into careers in finance and for Christians from around the world to gain a graduate education that is shaped by Christian values and ethics. The Executive Director will assist in building programs and recruiting students and additional supporters for the program.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in finance or a related field, and will have a track record of success in developing budgets, analyzing costs, and developing business plans and marketing strategies. An understanding of the field of higher education and aptitude for curriculum is preferred. The Executive Director should fully support the mission and vision of Gordon College and their Statement of Faith, as well as exhibit a relationship with Christ, grounded in biblical principles.
