FaithSearch’s sister firm, HealthSearch Partners, is delighted to announce that its client, Beth Israel Lahey Health, has recently selected Michael Rowan as its new Executive Vice President of Hospital & Ambulatory Services. Michael will be overseeing the new regional system’s network of hospital and ambulatory care delivery system, which includes 13 hospitals and approximately 40 major ambulatory facilities.

With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Rowan most recently served as President of Health System Delivery/COO at Catholic Health Initiatives in Englewood, Colorado. During his career, he has also held positions such as Executive Vice President/COO for Detroit-based St. John Health (now Ascension Health Michigan), President/CEO of Ohio-based Humility of Mary Health Partners (now Mercy Health Youngstown), and Executive Vice President/COO of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Rowan holds a master of health services administration degree from the University of Michigan and a bachelor of science degree from Miami University.
