FaithSearch Partners has been retained to manage the search for a Chief Executive Officer for Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida. Housed within the Walt Disney Pavilion, Florida Hospital for Children (FHFC) is a nearly 200-bed children’s hospital recently named among the top 10 children’s hospitals by the Leapfrog Group. The hospital is part of Florida Hospital, which is the largest hospital in Florida and the busiest in the United States, with more than 2,500 licensed beds on multiple campuses. It is also part of Adventist Health System, the largest Protestant health system in the U.S.

The CEO is responsible for strategic, operational, financial and philanthropy leadership in a growing and competitive market. In addition, the CEO will be effective in leading within a hospital within a hospital environment and a matrixed health system.

“Florida Hospital for Children is an outstanding organization in a facility created with children in mind, even having Disney-themed décor. The hospital is well known for its work in pediatric epilepsy, heart surgery and bone marrow transplant.
