This ministry is seeking a Christian partner to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive will lead the organization through the next phase of the ministry’s growth and development. The CFO is an integral part of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborating extensively with the CEO, Board of Directors, key personnel and community partners, senior managers of the organization and donors. The CFO is expected to be the architect and key driver of a new financial strategy for the ministry. This individual will be responsible for developing and guiding the strategic financial plan, as well as for overseeing budget development. The CFO also oversees the strategic direction and management of information technology and the distribution center of the ministry.
She/He will also have responsibility or oversight for the following activities: accounting and reporting, cash management, cost accounting, financial forecasting and analysis, transactional pricing, governance and compliance, due diligence activities associated with acquisitions and divestitures, and customer financial services. Regarding day-to-day operations, the CFO is primarily responsible for the management and conduct of the overall business and financial affairs of the organization and the organization’s facilities.
