Founded in 1992 by Buck Jacobs in Tampa, Florida, C12 has grown from three local peer advisory groups to the nation’s largest network of Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives. C12 has become a nationwide platform for the integration of business best practices and Biblical principles and a leader in the movement of God in and through the marketplace. Located in major metro areas across the United States, C12 serves businesses with 10 to 5,000+ employees and annual revenues ranging from $1 million to $1 billion+.
The C12 Group is actively seeking business and ministry leaders to serve as Managing or Associate Chairs in their areas. C12 Chairs view the workplace as their mission field, serving full-time to build, lead, and coach groups of Christian CEOs and executives in their local markets. They build groups of business leaders (members) through networking, business development, and selling. C12 Chairs manage their local practice by offering a fee-for-service membership on an invitation-only basis to qualified individuals, maintaining the integrity and affinity of the C12 experience.
Ideal Chair candidates will be experienced business leaders with a passion for inspiring and guiding others toward effective, faith-informed business practices. C12 Chairs need not have a background in sales, but they must demonstrate a high comfort-level with, and enthusiasm for, conducting peer-to-peer advisory meetings and individual coaching and mentoring sessions with their members. C12 Chairs view members as ambassadors for Christ with unique platforms for ministry and their practice as an exciting means to real temporal and eternal Kingdom impact.
