Director Partner Engagement, Texas / Central U.S.

Medical Benevolence Foundation (MBF) works to provide hope and healing to those in need through partnerships with internal partners in over 100 hospitals and clinics around the world. The Ministry strives to go beyond the brief benefit of short-term mission trips to instead build, equip, and support local facilities and train indigenous medical personnel so that the communities they serve may maintain essential medical infrastructure for years to come.

MBF is currently seeking a Director of Partner Engagement for the Texas / Central U.S. region. The Director will oversee the growth and enhancement of Medical Benevolence Foundation’s resource development roadmap. Special emphasis will be placed on annual giving, major giving, planned-giving, grants, and fundraising events. The Director will serve as the Foundation’s primary advocate and spokesperson, increasing awareness, understanding, and support for MBF among the local and regional community.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10+ years of leadership experience, with proven ability to secure and maintain relationships with donors of major gifts, including corporations. He/she should have advanced knowledge of fundraising/development techniques, practices, standards, and reporting, and be able to leverage current relationships and expand the MBF donor base from its traditional roots. The new Director should also have a track record of convening high net-worth individuals and delivering a solid “return on investment” message. Above all, he/she should be passionate about MBF’s mission, as exhibited in professional or volunteer contexts.
