FaithSearch Partners is delighted to partner with Covenant in search for a Chief Financial Officer to join Covenant Community Care, based in the Metro Detroit area. Covenant Community Care is a faith-based, charitable, non-profit Community Health Center, serving over 18,000 patients every year in the Metro Detroit area.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), they offer integrated health care services to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. Covenant cares for patients every year through a team of 155 full-time and part-time staff in three community health centers in Detroit. They also serve the community through a mobile dental team and the Recovery Center, an outpatient substance use treatment clinic.
The CFO will serve as both a steward of resources and strategic partner, bringing a financial planning and analysis mindset to help evaluate risk, explore growth opportunities, and align budgeting with mission and strategy in an evolving regulatory environment. This leader will join a collaborative team that values stability while supporting staff development and contributing to a culture where people want to stay and grow.
