Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this high-impact and high-profile role combines visionary leadership with strong entrepreneurial skills and will serve the region, promoting the vision of Olive Crest with passion, integrity, and strategic focus. Strong acumen for both internal leadership and external engagement is essential. In collaboration with the CEO and Chief Development Officer, this person’s primary responsibility will be developing, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the region.
