The Manager, Volunteer Relations will walk alongside the Regional Directors and Regional Managers as a resources, champion, and coach. This person will have the ability to embrace an organization’s vision and drive the programs, people and teams to achieve and exceed the stated goals and objectives. Working from the foundation of biblically-based volunteer management principles (High Impact Volunteer Ministry), the Regional Director, International Volunteer Relations will invest in the development of 100+ volunteer teams serving at the national and regional levels in more than 90 SP/Operation Christmas Child (OCC) countries.
