The Director of Finance & Accounting provides financial leadership to the U.S. Navigators from an accounting, cash management and financial perspective. He or she also establishes and ensures compliance of financial policies and regulatory bodies necessary to wisely steward God’s provisions. This position oversees the Corporate Accounting, Accounting Process Center, Treasury and Grant functions of The Navigators. This includes providing financial information that will assist in accomplishing the strategic initiatives of The Navigators. The Director of Finance & Accounting oversees the accounting and financial operations of all ministries business units support function including individual staff, missions, spheres, business ministries, and corporate hierarchies. He or she reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration.
