KHCB reaches thousands of listeners each week through its flagship station and a growing network of translators — a loyal, long-tenured audience that represents significant untapped opportunity for relational fundraising growth. With over 4,000 donors and a programming culture rooted in biblical depth and spiritual authenticity, KHCB is positioned for a meaningful expansion of its donor development function.
As the ministry’s first and founding development officer, the Senior Director of Donor Development will report directly to the President and CEO and serve on the executive leadership team. This pioneering role offers the rare opportunity to architect a donor development function from the ground up — establishing the systems, communications, and personal relationships that will define the ministry’s fundraising future. The ideal candidate will be energized by building something entirely new, and will bring the warmth of a pastor, the strategic mind of an advancement professional, and the entrepreneurial drive of a builder.
