FaithSearch Partners is conducting a search for a remote Chief Revenue Officer to join Kids Around the World (KATW), a global, Christ-centered nonprofit headquartered in Rockford, Illinois, with a singular mission: to nourish children’s bodies and souls through innovative meal packing programs, rich discipleship resources, and the transforming hope of the Gospel. Operating in more than 30 countries through a growing network of local church partners, KATW measures impact not merely in meals served or playgrounds built, but in lives forever changed — and the ministry is expanding.
As KATW’s first executive-level revenue leader, the Chief Revenue Officer will report directly to the President and CEO and serve as a full member of the executive team. This is not a build-from-scratch role — KATW has experienced sustained, significant revenue growth through diverse and innovative channels. What’s needed now is a strategic entrepreneur who can analyze what’s working, accelerate what has potential, and bring the innovative thinking necessary to fuel KATW’s next season of growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will assume leadership of the Partnership Team and the Marketing and Communications Team — bringing both the strategic acumen of a seasoned business builder and the missional conviction of a devoted follower of Christ. This leader will carry the revenue mantle in a way that honors KATW’s culture and drives the growth necessary to meet an expanding worldwide call.
