FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with Atlantic Gateway Communications/WGTS 91.9 FM to assist with their search for a Chief Administrative Officer. Atlantic Gateway Communications, Inc. (AGC), is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) multi-media company whose mission is to “Encourage everyone we encounter to take one step closer to Christ.”
Established in 2018 to serve as the organizational foundation for WGTS 91.9 in Washington, DC, it has grown to support other important ministries that live out that mission: the streaming worship platform AllWorship.com, the global prayer network WhenWePray.com, and the Bible-teaching program and podcast Simple Truths for Life.
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) serves on the senior leadership team. The role has been built into a well-established operational framework under the first incumbent, and the new CAO will step into a defined and functioning infrastructure while being expected to strengthen, refine, and continue to evolve organizational systems.
