As CEO, Williams will oversee the hospital’s strategic development and operations, including quality and financial performance. In addition, she will work collaboratively with senior leaders at the Florida Hospital Division and West Florida Region, the FHNP Board of Directors and the Tarpon Springs Hospital Foundation Board.

With 26 years of healthcare operations leadership, Williams most recently served as Regional Vice President of Behavioral Medicine and Population Health for Adventist Health’s St. Helena Hospital in the Napa Valley region of northern California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loma Linda University.
