West Coast Hospital Foundation Seeks President

FaithSearch Partners has been retained to manage the search for the first President of the Central Valley Health Foundation, located in Hanford, California. This new foundation is the result of the combination of two hospital foundations that are part of Adventist Health/Central Valley Network, a Central California regional system owned by Adventist Health. Adventist Health is one of the largest Protestant healthcare systems in the U.S. and is based near Sacramento.

The President of the foundation will oversee a small staff and be responsible for all fundraising activities in the region. Building on an existing infrastructure focusing on special events, the new President will grow the organization to one which includes a comprehensive philanthropic program to support the short and long term needs of the network’s facilities.

Preferred candidates will hold a graduate degree and have several years of substantive development/foundation leadership experience with a track record of growing fundraising and friendraising. A more comprehensive document describing the opportunity is available upon request.

“We are honored to be selected to guide Central Valley Hospital Foundation through this critical search process,” said Ed Fry, President of FaithSearch Partners. “Its future President must possess exceptional leadership skills, have a passion for philanthropy and share the organization’s faith-based mission.”
