FSP Leaders, an affiliate of FaithSearch Partners, is pleased to announce that its client, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center (CRMC), has selected Raymond McCue, M.D., as next Chief Medical Officer, effective in September .
In this important role, Dr. McCue will assume accountability for and oversee all clinical quality and patient safety measures, medical staff relations, and clinical integration strategies for the hospital. He will report to Reese Jackson, President/CEO, and serve as a critical leader for all hospital strategic initiatives.

With 23 years’ experience as a physician and/or physician executive, Dr. McCue most recently served as System Medical Director for Patient Safety and Reliability for Bon Secours Health System, Inc., in Suffolk, Virginia. He holds a doctor’s degree of medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine and a master’s degree of business administration from Auburn University.
CRMC in Chesapeake, Virginia, is an independent, not-for-profit acute care hospital comprised of the 310-bed main hospital, the Sidney M. Oman Cancer Center, and several other services and locations. It employs 2,400 people and has a medical staff of 600 physicians.
