FaithSearch Partners has been retained to conduct the search for the Chief Executive Officer for Florida Hospital North Pinellas (FHNP) in Tarpon Springs, Florida. FHNP is a full service 168-bed faith-based community hospital serving Tarpon Springs and other communities north of Tampa and St. Petersburg. As a regional medical center, the facility offers a wide range of comprehensive services, testing and education opportunities for the community.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for defining and communicating FHNP’s vision for the future and implementing related strategies. The CEO will be accountable for the hospital’s operations and will be responsible for maintaining sound relationships with the medical staff. He/she will be accountable for the hospital achieving high standards for the quality of clinical care to patients, high satisfaction rates with the patients’ experience and positive financial performance. The CEO will work collaboratively with senior leaders at the Florida Hospital Division and West Florida Region, the FHNP Board of Directors and the Tarpon Springs Hospital Foundation Board.
