FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with Vision House to manage the search for an Executive Director/CEO.
Currently serving the Seattle area, Vision House helps break the cycle of homelessness for families with children. Founded in 1990 in Renton, WA, Vision House has been providing transitional housing with supportive services for more than 30 years. The ministry has grown from initially serving single mothers and their kids to now serving well over 500 families a year. The program is infused with the commitment and passion to see lives changed and the cycle of homelessness broken for the next generation.
The Vision House Executive Director/CEO is a critical and highly visible role for both its current and future service to the Sea-Tac community. Reporting to the President of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director/CEO will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Vision House staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. He ideal candidate will be a strong practicing Christian, with a deep knowledge in and/or a heart for the field of homelessness, with experience in public relations, communications, program/project management, operations and business planning.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Psychology, or Sociology or equivalent years of related experience is required.
