As a member of the Executive Leadership Team reporting directly to the President, this leader will develop and implement strategic, scalable HR initiatives, processes, and systems that align with and support the company’s long-term growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bridge tactical HR excellence with strategic organizational development, while building comprehensive metrics and training programs.
