San Joaquin Community Hospital (SJCH) in Bakersfield, CA has hired former Florida Hospital Zephyrhills President/CEO, David Duffield, to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer following a nationwide executive search led by FaithSearch Partners.
Since its establishment more than 100 years ago, SJCH has grown to become the area’s premier healthcare provider. Duffield spent a decade and a half working with Fortune 500 companies in the technology sector before transitioning to a career in healthcare leadership. He has since served as Vice President of Sonora Regional Medical Center in Sonora, CA and played a key role in the development of Maluti Adventist Hospital in rural Lesotho, Africa.
