David Overton, BSN, MHA, CCM was recently selected to serve as Executive Director of Clinical Integration at Texas-based Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS). The not-for-profit Catholic system, located in Bryan/College Station, serves the eight-county Brazos Valley region in the central part of the state.
Overton comes to SJHS from Aetna, which he joined in 2009. He has provided executive oversight in a variety of key leadership positions, most recently as Patient Management Director. In this role he has been responsible for developing and streamlining population-specific case and disease management solutions for unique populations across the continuum of care. Working with a variety of stakeholders, he established comprehensive care management solutions and met clinical outcome performance guarantees.
