African Leadership And Reconciliation Ministries (ALARM) exists to empower the African church, to impact the African continent by developing and equipping leaders with skills and tools to nurture, and to deepen the Christian faith for the transformation and reconciliation of the African communities. Since its founding, ALARM has expanded into eight countries across east and central Africa and is currently seeking a Vice President for Resource Development.
The Vice President of Resource Development will drive resource development and fundraising efforts, and provide dynamic leadership in support of ALARM’s mission. Reporting to the President/CEO, the VP, Resource Development serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting the ministry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience with proven success in resource development, tangible experience in expanding and cultivating donor relationships over time, and a demonstrated ability to identify donors and cultivate relationships leading to substantial commitments.
