Lionheart Children’s Academy is a non-profit Christian organization committed to providing high-quality, affordable early care and education for infant, pre-school, and school-age children. At Lionheart, children are equipped with a strong and healthy foundation for learning through the Academy’s fun and enriching programs and holistic approach. Currently, Lionheart has 6 academy locations in the DFW metroplex.
Lionheart Children’s Academy is seeking a ministry-minded individual to serve as the Vice President, Operations. The VP, Operations will be responsible for marketing, enrollment, and high-level management for new academy launches for Lionheart Children’s Academy. S/he will provide the strategic vision necessary to ensure that the ministry has the proper operational controls and people-systems in place to effectively grow the organization and ensure its long-term health and efficiency. The VP, Operations is part of the LCA leadership team and reports directly to the President.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in marketing and community relations or other, comparable industries. Experience in early childhood care and education a plus. S/he must also have a track record of proposing and supporting high-level marketing initiatives and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the candidate must live a life which actively reflects Lionheart’s mission, vision, and core values.
