The Vice President of Operations will oversee PULSE operations in cooperation with the President and Leadership Team, so as to ensure the achievement of corporate goals. Recommend and participate in the development of corporate policy. He or she will assure implementation of existing policies and decisions approved by the Board of Directors, and act as Board administrator working in close cooperation with the President on all governance issues. This person will assure that all PULSE ministry and financial objectives are reached through appropriate planning and measurement, as well as provide leadership and management so that PULSE’s strategic plans are met through Godly stewardship of resources.
