Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) is a non-profit, non-denominational organization providing “Caring in the Workplace” though its full-time professional workforce of credentialed Chaplains. The Vice President of Development provides overall leadership to develop and maintain a sustainable financial resource development strategy which supports CCA operations. He/She will work closely with existing financial resource partners in addition to directing and managing new donor development and expanding the network of favorable grant funding relationships.
This Vice President search engagement is also being conducted as part of a planned corporate succession strategy. The individual selected will not only have skills and experience needed to design and implement a vibrant financial support strategy, but will also have interest in and possess qualities that could lead to broader corporate leadership responsibilities. This is a salaried senior management role based in Wake Forest, NC.
