e3 Partners / I Am Second exists to make the local church accessible to everyone, everywhere. Every year, they provide countless opportunities for believers around the world to put their faith into practice by facilitating evangelism trips to over 60 countries to share the gospel and plant churches. The ministry works with hundreds of partners worldwide to train and send missionaries – for both the short and long-term – to spread hope and love through medical initiatives, refugee care programs, community development projects, human trafficking prevention programs, sports ministries, and more.
e3 Partners is seeking a talented leader with a heart for the Global Church to become Vice President, Development and support the e3 Partners vision by helping ensure the vitality and sustainability of the ministry’s programs. The VP, Development will create, expand, and strengthen major donor relationships on behalf of both e3 Partners and the I Am Second ministry and will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of major donors as well as overseeing solicitation, stewardship, and donor events. The VP, Development also has full responsibility of the e3 Partners Development staff and is a key member of the e3 Partners team.
Ideal candidates will be highly creative and entrepreneurial individuals who are strategic thinkers, with strong fundraising experience and a passion for connecting people with a mission and its programs. S/he will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, have 7+ years of development experience, and will demonstrate spiritual maturity through a daily walk with Jesus Christ and have a faith alignment with the beliefs held by e3 Partners.
