The candidates we are seeking may come from a financial services, investment advisory, consulting or traditional fundraising background. However, we are also eager to discuss this role with men and women who have been successful in other marketplace sectors as entrepreneurs or business executives, as well as individuals who have been responsible for capital formation or private equity investing. More than just having a great personal rolodex, although that would be useful, the key is having experience convening high-net-worth individuals and families with whom potential candidates have effectively shared some type of ROI proposition that moved them to significant action.
