Metro Area Directors – Dallas and Fort Worth

Founded in 1954 by Don McClanen, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) was born out of the belief that athletes could use their platforms for influence to present Jesus Christ to others in a powerful way. The first FCA camp was held in 1956 in Estes Park, Colorado, with 256 athletes and coaches attending. Since that time, FCA has grown exponentially to become the largest sports ministry in the world.

FCA is currently seeking Metro Area Directors for both Dallas and Fort Worth. Metro Area Directors work in collaboration with the Field Vice President and local staff and Board(s) to fulfill the FCA vision and pursue the FCA mission by creating and sustaining the vision-based staffing plan for assigned geographical area. As the primary spiritual leader for the ministry, Directors model FCA values in all relationships by demonstrating a steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ and His Word through Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence. Directors are accountable for ensuring that the FCA Ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adhering to FCA policies and procedures.
