Director, Customer Relationship Marketing

As a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) FamilyLife is committed to helping people know and apply the biblical blueprints for maintaining a God-honoring marriage and raising children to become responsible adults. The Director of Customer Relationship Marketing will design, implement and manage a new model of integrated, relational marketing strategies and tools, similar to the Amazon or E-Bay standard of guest recognition, cross-selling and recommendation marketing.

The goal of this new CRM capability is to allow hundreds of thousands of annual participants in current FamilyLife programs and events to identify and connect with other useful products, services and activities. The Director position is a salaried leadership role that will be based in Little Rock, AR.
