New York City Leadership Center (NYCLC) in its 3rd year of independent operation was a strategic spinoff from the well-regarded New York Concerts of Prayer organization. NYCLC serves as an influential “convener” and encourager for Metro New York’s Christian community of marketplace leaders, community influencers, urban ministry advocates and city-wide church leaders.
The Executive Director is a newly created role partnering closely with the NYCLC Founder/President (Mac Pier) to lead a new era of operational discipline, programmatic innovation and resource development. S/He will be the primary architect of organizational design, operational capacity analysis and systems management expertise. S/He will demonstrate senior- level performance management and strategy implementation expertise that enhances the organization’s reputation for reliability of committed deliverables. This is a salaried executive position and the individual selected must be based in or near New York City.
