Established in 1869, Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association (OGCMA) is a Christian conference and vacation destination on the Jersey shore. OGCMA combines world class preaching, Biblical teaching, musical programs, children and youth activities, leisure time on the beach and boardwalk, games and sports, and weekend entertainment to create a community where friends and family grow closer to one another and to the Lord. Over nearly a century-and-a-half, OGCMA has developed into a diversified and dynamic year-round community while remaining steadfast to its core mission of providing opportunities for spiritual birth, growth, and renewal in a beautiful, seaside setting.
Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association is currently seeking an Executive Director / Chief Operating Officer to provide expert, long-term operational guidance and program leadership to the organization. As a committed follower of Christ, the ideal candidate will combine passion for OGCMA’s mission with leadership in the areas of operational excellence, strategic planning, program development, and publicity/community relations. The Executive Director/COO will help guide the organization’s leadership team and pro-actively collaborate with the Board to help ensure the implementation and achievement of current and future strategic goals. This role reports to the OGCMA President.
