Women’s Hope Medical Clinic, located in Auburn, Alabama, provides compassionate care that empowers informed choices and recognizes the value and uniqueness of each person. The clinic, which provides services such as pregnancy testing and consultation, ultrasound services, education on pregnancy options, STD testing and treatment, and many more, all at no cost, encourages individuals to make lasting changes that will lead to physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. In 2013, the clinic administered an average of 64 pregnancy tests per month. In 2014, that average climbed to 72, and in January 2015 Women’s Hope administered a total of 122 pregnancy tests. Last year, the clinic saw a total of 4,152 clients for all services.
Women’s Hope is currently seeking a new Executive Director who will have full responsibility for the clinic and the leadership of the organization’s staff. He/she will implement policies and procedures as approved by the Board of Directors, and will work to create a positive culture that benefits the mission of Women’s Hope. The ED will hold responsibilities in administrative, development, financial and public relations areas. In addition to being a mature Christian, the ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred, have a minimum of two years of experience in management with direct experience in supervising paid staff, and must be a self-starter, able to carry out duties with little to no supervision.
