East-West Ministries International was established in 1993 to train and mentor faithful and reliable national pastors who could then become a catalyst for indigenous evangelism and church growth. Now in 39 countries, East-West Ministries works primarily in limited access countries and among unreached and unengaged people groups around the world. The U.S.based Director of Major Gifts Officers will report directly to CEO Kurt Nelson and will be the strategic thought leader for the expanding resource needs of this global evangelism ministry. S/he will lead and guide a talented development staff to significantly expand resource partner relationships and enhance systems and processes that produce meaningful measurement of the development operation’s success in achieving key goals and objectives.
