Halftime Talent Solutions has completed this sourcing project for Pepperdine with a great outcome of over a dozen prospects for consideration.

Halftime Talent Solutions is working on a special project to provide suggestions to the President of Pepperdine University in their search for a Dean of the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.

The standard procedure for Universities is to hire from academia, but Pepperdine would like to consider candidates with successful business careers who have an interest in leadership and mentoring while sharing the wisdom of a successful career in the C-suite. We are in search of a person of faith who understands the high standard of a Christian education and ethical excellence in business.

Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business has 90 full-time faculty, a support and administrative staff of 100, and an alumni network of over 37,000. The school enrolls more than 1,650 students, most of whom are mid-career adults, in a diversity of MBA and MS programs and one undergraduate program. Headquartered in west Los Angeles, the Graziadio School has a 46-year history of innovation in business education. The school serves students in four graduate campuses in Southern California, at a campus in Northern California, and at the main campus in Malibu. The school maintains international alliances with business schools in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, Africa, and Oceania.

Pepperdine University is a Christian university that maintains an essential relationship with the Churches of Christ. The Graziadio School of Business and Management has built a reputation for applied, student-focused, values-centered education consistent with the university’s Christian mission.
