The Hope Center (THC) is a one-of-a-kind Christian nonprofit. The 185,000 square foot center fosters collaboration, synergy, financial stewardship, and global expansion among its 40+ Christian nonprofits with a common goal: sharing Christ in North Texas and around the world. THC offers significantly reduced rent in a servant-minded culture, resulting in a partnership that pours over $2 million back into the mission field annually. The facility also offers numerous meeting and conference rooms which serve not only THC’s nonprofits, but countless other Christian groups and organizations outside of The Hope Center as well.
The Center is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) t0 provide overall vision and exceptional, Christ-centered leadership for this dynamic ministry. The CEO will embody the heart and soul of The Hope Center’s mission and will serve as the senior executive exercising overall operational responsibility for the Center and reporting directly to its Board of Directors. The CEO will have day-to-day responsibility for implementing and directing all facets of the ministry, nurturing, refining, and protecting the vision, mission, values, and reputation of THC. Additionally, they will be expected to help develop the Strategic 5-year Plan for THC in cooperation with the Center’s Board; it is imperative that the CEO adhere to, and abide by, THC’s Statement of Faith.
