The Chief Executive Officer will fulfill his/her own unique and essential mission as the organization’s undisputed internal operations guru. He/she will be an innovative source of organizational design and systems management expertise with a documented history of operations improvement success. The Chief Executive Officer will orchestrate a commitment to system-wide standard operating procedures, encourage clear goals and standards, reconfirm or develop budgeting protocols, oversee all organizational development, and establish clear lines of reporting. He/she will create an environment of accountability through best practices, develop a system of staff appraisals, and work with the team to refine and implement an effective set of protocols and operating procedures.
