The Board of Trustees of the Center for Christian Growth, Inc. AKA T Bar M Camps is seeking God’s person to give leadership to this amazing ministry with a bright and significant future. Following his father Jack’s blueprint and vision, Scott Turpin, the founding CEO of the Center for Christian Growth/T Bar M Camps, has prayed and prepared for this planned transition. He plans to continue to volunteer his time as an active board member for T Bar M Camps—and is eager to support and be the cheerleader for the next CEO.
T Bar M Camps is a non-denominational Christian sports and adventure camp with locations in New Braunfels, Texas and on Lake Travis near Austin. Over 10,000 kids and families experience T Bar M adventure every year. In addition to the summer camps, T Bar M Camps provides family retreats and programs for students, church groups, teams, corporate groups or anyone looking for Christian education in an outdoor setting. The Center for Christian Growth also has niche programs in year-round discipleship with selected college graduates, international mission trips, and international sports camps.
The T Bar M Camps team includes 23 full-time staff and seven part-time staff organized into operations and programming teams as well as over 370 summer camp coaches, each led by on-site Directors.
