Chief Executive Officer

Founded in 1982 by the late financial expert Larry Burkett, top professional advisor Ron Blue, and prominent Atlanta tax attorney Terry Parker, National Christian Foundation (NCF) was an early pioneer in the donor advised fund industry and a unique addition to the emerging Christian generosity movement. Today, as the sixth-largest U.S. charity, NCF is the preeminent Christian charitable giving ministry, having granted over $11 billion to more than 63,000 ministries, churches, and charities.

The CEO is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational management to the NCF. The CEO serves as the principal spokesperson/ambassador for NCF in the communication of its mission, vision, and values to both internal and external constituencies.

As a spiritually mature servant leader, the CEO works synergistically with NCF’s Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and National Leadership Team (NLT) to establish policies and leverage NCF’s strengths in the achievement of short and long-range goals, strategies, and plans. The CEO position requires a person with a track record for execution, performance, and results who has the proven ability to lead a dynamic organization that is both fast-paced and growth-oriented.
