Bill Glass Behind the Walls (BGBTW) is an Evangelism Training and Evangelism organization located in Duncanville, TX. Since 1972, BGBTW has trained more than 57,000 Christian men and women volunteers to share the Gospel with nearly 6,000,000 incarcerated men, women and youth resulting in over 1,100,000 commitments to Jesus Christ. Today, their mission is to assist the church by equipping and igniting Christians to share their faith in Jesus Christ with the least of these.
BGBTW is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide overall vision and exceptional, Christ-centered leadership for this dynamic ministry. The CEO will embody the heart and soul of BGBTW’s mission and will serve as the senior executive exercising overall operational and financial responsibility for the ministry and reporting directly to its Board of Directors. The CEO will provide leadership in developing program, organizational and financial plans with the Board of Directors, staff and volunteers.
