FaithSearch Partners is conducting a search for an Executive Director/COO to join LifeCampUSA, a faith-based nonprofit located in Delafield, WI. LifeCampUSA was founded in 2021 with a singular, powerful mission: to guide children of fallen U.S. Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responder heroes on a faith-driven pursuit of character, resilience, and fortitude.
LifeCampUSA mentors middle school-aged youth at a critical and formative stage of establishing identity, values, and character—young people left to navigate life without their father, whether lost in the line of duty, training accidents, or suicide. Through wilderness camps and ongoing mentorship, LifeCampUSA walks alongside these young men and women to guide them in life’s toughest moments and beyond.
As operational leader reporting directly to co-founders Mark and Jane Neumann, the Executive Director/COO will lead the organization’s transition from founder-led operations to professional management infrastructure. This unique opportunity offers substantial operational autonomy within a collaborative founder-team model, providing both decision-making authority and strategic partnership support to accelerate organizational impact.
