FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce it has initiated the search for the next Head of School for Metro Christian Academy (MCA) in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
As Chief Executive Officer, the Head of School will serve as the visionary leader and spiritual cornerstone of the MCA community. The Head of School will champion the school’s distinctly Christian mission while providing strategic oversight for faculty development, fiscal management, and campus expansion.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic administrator with a deep passion for Christ-centered education. They will model a personal commitment to faith while advancing MCA’s reputation for academic excellence. By inspiring administrative and divisional teams to reach high standards in curriculum, enrollment, and philanthropy, the Head of School will ensure that every facet of the school’s operation remains rooted in a biblical worldview.
Currently, Metro is experiencing an exciting season of momentum. Following a period of rapid growth, the school now serves over 1,200 students (P3–12) at its Tulsa campus. Since its founding in 1983, MCA has operated under the banner of “The Pursuit of Excellence Through Christ,” building a formidable reputation for balancing academic rigor with a vibrant, service-oriented community.
