Southwestern Adventist University (SWAU) is a Christ-centered institution located in Keene, Texas, approximately 25 miles south of Fort Worth. Enrolling more than 800 students from diverse backgrounds, SWAU fosters a close-knit, relational campus culture with a strong emphasis on holistic development, integrating academic excellence, spiritual growth, and service. The university offers more than 45 undergraduate majors, an honors program, and select graduate degrees. Financially stable, the university maintains a respectable endowment and remains debt-free.
The new President will work to build strong relationships across the SWAU community and establish credibility as a mission-centered leader who values faculty, staff, and students while advancing the University’s commitment to academic excellence and spiritual formation.
