The Director of Development will serve as the lead fundraising executive for Orange County, building relationships with donors, community leaders, corporations, and foundations to advance the mission of serving vulnerable children and families. This highly visible role will oversee major gifts, planned giving, grants, sponsorships, campaigns, and events while helping to grow philanthropic support, expand community engagement, and strengthen the long-term impact of one of the organization’s largest and most influential regions.
